Am I a Candidate for Spinal Decompression? Closing Summary

What Spinal Decompression Therapy Actually Does For Whiplash Injuries

Spinal decompression therapy can be a safe, effective, and non‑invasive option for many people struggling with chronic neck or back pain, sciatica, herniated or bulging discs, and related conditions.

By gently relieving pressure on the spine and improving circulation to injured discs and nerves, this treatment may help reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve your quality of life.

However, spinal decompression is not right for everyone. Your medical history, current symptoms, imaging results, and overall health all contribute to determining whether you qualify.

The best next step is a thorough evaluation with an experienced provider who can review your case, answer your questions, and recommend a personalized treatment plan.

If you are tired of living with ongoing back or neck pain and want to know whether spinal decompression could help, we’re here to support you.
